Terms and Conditions

Studio A Productions — please read carefully.

Definition

  1. References to "SAP" refers to Studio A Productions.
  2. References to "Customer", "Customers" or "You" refers to you.
  3. References to "Production", "we", "us" or "our" refers to SAP.
  4. References to the "Amount" are references to the full payment for the tickets.

General

  1. You agree to provide accurate, current and complete information when purchasing tickets. We reserve the right to reject your reservation if information is inaccurate.
  2. You agree that we may store and use your details for maintaining your account.
  3. Any delay in exercising any power or right does not operate as a waiver. A power or right may only be waived in writing.
  4. Should any provision be held unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will not be affected.
  5. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between SAP and you, replacing all previous communications.

Engagement

  1. You agree to purchase from us the tickets offered by us.
  2. By purchasing tickets you form a contract between you and SAP under these Terms and Conditions.

Payment

  1. You pay the Amount to us in consideration of a seat at the show.
  2. Payments shall be made in accordance with the payment method specified by the Production.
  3. Payment does not include meals, merchandise, or traveling expenses unless specified.

Time and Place

  1. Your reservation entitles you to a reserved seat at the show during show hours as agreed.
  2. You confirm you have given a valid email and accurate contact details. SAP is not responsible for failures resulting from inaccurate details.
  3. SAP reserves the right to amend or cancel any event, timing, dates, and venue. You are not entitled to a refund for such amendments or cancellations.

Cancellation

  1. SAP reserves the right to cancel the show for any reason. In such cases, you are only entitled to a credit voucher. You are not entitled to claim other costs or damages.
  2. SAP shall have no further liability towards you in respect of any cancellation.

Refunds

  1. You are not entitled to a refund for personal reasons, bad weather, parking, or traffic. A processing fee of PHP 1,000 per ticket applies where SAP agrees to reschedule or refund.
  2. No refund shall be entertained for late arrival, non-attendance, or withdrawal.

Force Majeure

  1. SAP may postpone the show due to events beyond its control (Act of God, fire, flood, riots, etc.). You are not entitled to a refund as a result of such postponement.

Consent

  1. You consent for SAP and its affiliates to contact you regarding this purchase and future opportunities. Your contact information is kept confidential and will never be sold to third parties. You may unsubscribe at any time via the link in our emails.

Indemnification

  1. You accept full responsibility for your purchase and participation. SAP accepts no liability for costs or damages resulting from attendance decisions.
  2. Purchase decisions are not influenced by any prior relationship with SAP.
  3. All purchases are made by your own decision and choice.

Validity Period

  1. The validity of the ticket is only for the show date which you purchased.

SAP reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions without prior notice.
